Faith Wong believes in sowing into young lives! She had been in the Singapore teaching field for 8 years. She taught primarily in the Singapore Government Primary Schools and had some relief teaching experiences in the Secondary Schools. When she was teaching in the Primary Schools, she was given the privilege to be exposed to teaching and interacting with varied levels of students, ranging from the Primary one to the Primary six, and from the late developers in the Learning Support Program (LSP) to the intellectually gifted ones in the Gifted Education Program (GEP). Faith had taught in Kong Hwa School and Raffles Girls’ Primary School.

Her passion for the youths and children coupled with her social work and counseling honors degree training in the National University of Singapore (NUS), gave her a cutting edge with the students. With her warm personality and an ardent belief of building character first and the learning results will take care of itself, Faith reached out and touched many young lives.

The surge for continual learning prompted Faith to move out into the marketplace and start a business. She got her financial planning certification (AFP) and started her business as a financial planner in 2005. Faith continued to invest in her knowledge and skills to being a more effective communicator and a team builder. She became an Institute of Motivational Learning (IML, USA) certified behavioral analyst in August 2007.

Faith integrated her passion to impact young lives and business with the setting up of a homestay catering to the holistic development and growth of overseas students.

Ms Michelle Su
Founder And Director

Michelle is an avid believer in the power of the mass media to transform lives. Bagged with a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree from Oklahoma City University, USA, Michelle started working in a media organization for seven years. She handles radio program production and co-ordinates media-based projects internationally.

Michelle has been serving the Singapore community through a non-profit organization to provide counseling services for the last five years. Being very passionate about building lives, she hopes to do more for the underprivileged and the youths of the next generation, Michelle equipped herself with an IML certified Behavioral Analyst course and also engaging in the planning and executing of youth camps. In addition, Michelle also goes to schools to give motivational and learning talks.

Through the setting up ENXIN Services with Faith, Michelle hopes to leave a legacy in the lives of the overseas students
